Dr. Evan Bates
Otolaryngology

Dr. Bates completed his training at UCLA and has been in practice for more than 16 years. He is board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, the American Society of Head and Neck Surgery and the American Rhinologic Society.

Dr. Bates has been named to the list of "Best Doctors in Dallas" published by D Magazine for the past 8 consecutive years.

His practice focuses on pediatric ENT, sinus disease, and head and neck surgery.

He is a member of the clinical faculty at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and has supervised residents at both Children�s and Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Dr. Bates is a frequent speaker on chronic sinus disease and his interests include computer applications in medicine where he has published several articles and taught instructional courses at the Annual Meeting of the AAO-HNS.

Dr. Bates is an avid marathon runner and lives in Dallas with his wife and 4 children.
